Northmark
Strengthening the lifeblood of the country
We Partnered On
A full rebrand, from renaming to rollout.
The Challenge
Northmark (formerly-known-as Cultivate Agri Partnerships) approached us as they entered a new chapter. Having outgrown their niche as a specialist stud enterprise, they were expanding their capacity to prospect, finance and manage high-performing properties. Central to this shift was a growing belief in the potential for sustainable custodianship to transform and regenerate dormant grazing lands. Our first objective was to reframe the narrative to accommodate this contemporary take on livestock management.
Alongside the evolution of their offering, trends in sustainability and international demand were opening a new target demographic for Northmark. Increasing interest in climate change mitigation and regenerative farming was driving investors toward brands embracing sustainable land management. Our rebrand would align with this growing audience to inspire meaningful investment into Australian pastures.

The Change
Nodding to their existing footprint and reputation for environmental stewardship in Northern Queensland, we created a new name for Cultivate Agri Partnerships. Northmark strips away the tropes of traditional livestock management, instead emphasising rural sophistication and romanticism. This was brought to life through an earnest tone of voice, iconic on-site photography, and premium merchandise. We designed Northmark’s logo in the image of the farm gate – both an invitation and mark of pride for partners. Every design decision reinforces Northmark’s value proposition to investors: a deep connection to the land, and a real stake in the lifeblood of the country.

"We have worked closely with Charlotte and her team at Studio Agriculture for over 5 years. We've found them to be extremely diligent, creative, professional, encouraging and forthcoming as we launched, and grew our business. It's always a pleasure liaising with SA."
